when we first entered the lobby, i was immediately drawn to 3 beautiful plants on the check-in counter. i was told by d, who was amazingly kind and helpful, that liz was the caretaker of the plants. she came out and we immediately bonded over the plants. we shared pics with each other of our houseplants. it just really made me feel welcomed. liz and d were both wonderful to us during our entire stay. the reason we were there to begin with was a concert that got cancelled and we booked again at this same location for the rescheduled date, because liz and d were so fantastic. the room was clean and in order. the bed was fantastic, and the sitting area was nice to have. the hotel provided dove toiletries, which was nice because that is a brand i use and trust. we requested no daily cleanings, but were able to easily get extra towels and trash bags. the hairdryer in our room had a short, so we dropped it off at the front desk on our way out and they had a new one delivered to our room. the tv had regular network television, plus access to vod and netflix and a few other apps. we used netflix quite a bit and it was nice that it logged me out once i turned the tv off, so i didn't have to remember to log out before we checked out. location was good for doing things in dallas, fort worth, specially going to the dallas cowboys game. it's also within walking distance from a sam's and walmart in case you forgot to bring something. breakfast was really good for free breakfast. finally the price was really good for the type of room.

Great amenities, friendly staff, clean rooms, convenient location, abundance of hot water, and access to VOD and Netflix.
Felt free to seek any assistance, no reason to complain.

I chose La Quinta for its convenient location near the Arlington landmarks I wanted to visit. However, the exceptional customer service agents and complimentary Wi-Fi pleasantly surprised me.
Not the safest area of Fort Worth.
